Winstanley Medical Centre is in a purpose built building at the heart of Winstanley's community.

Our team consists of GPs, ACPs, Clinical Pharmacist, a Practice Nurse,Health Care Assistant and administrative staff.

We look after approx 3000 patients and offer various clinics.

Our purpose is to provide all patients registered with the practice with care of the highest quality and to seek continuous improvement on the health status of the practice population. We aim to achieve this by developing and maintaining a safe practice which is responsive to people’s needs and reflects, whenever possible, the latest advances in Primary Health Care.

EARNINGS
All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice. The mean earnings for GPs working in Winstanley Medical Centre in the financial year ended 31st March 2023 was £26,263 before deduction of employee's superannuation contributions, tax and National Insurance. This is the average pay for the 1 full-time GP, 2 part time GPs and 1 locum GP who worked in the practice for more than 6 months during that year.
